- Building and leading a high- performance team of plumbers
- Training, mentoring, and guiding current plumbers and new technicians
- Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
- Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market
- Communicating to and training other departments on our plumbing offering and the importance of it
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Master Plumber License with Experience to go with it
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both external in community and collaborating with teammates
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
