Lawn Care Technician – Aeration & Fertilization Specialist

$20–$24 per Hour + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

NexGreen Lawn Care is hiring experienced Aeration & Fertilization Technicians focused on herbicide and fertilizer application. This is a production-driven lawn treatment role — not landscaping. We are seeking licensed professionals who understand chemical application, route-based service work, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

·         Core aeration services

·         Herbicide and fertilizer applications

·         Equipment calibration and proper product mixing

·         Route-based customer service

·         Strict adherence to pesticide safety and compliance standards

Required / Preferred Licenses

·         Active MDARD Applicator License including Core, 3A, 3B, 6, 7A, 7B, 7D, 7F

Qualifications

·         1+ year lawn treatment, fertilizer, or pest control experience

·         Valid driver’s license

·         Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors

·         Detail-oriented and safety-focused
