About the Role
We are seeking a Parts Return Specialist that is responsible for coordinating, processing, and tracking returned automotive parts from dealerships, service centers, and customers.
This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with warranty policies, and efficient inventory management while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
The specialist plays a critical role in supporting quality control, minimizing losses, and improving the overall efficiency of the return process. This opportunity is open to individuals located in the Madison Heights, MI location and surrounding areas.
Contractors will be engaged and paid for by a third-party payroll supplier, Eteams, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.

Compliance Notes
This is a contractor role administered through a third-party payroll supplier. The supplier will determine compensation, benefits, and applicable employment policies. The contractor will not be eligible for employee benefits from Accenture.

Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer ETeams, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
