Job Description

We’re looking for an Executive Business Partner to work directly with the CEO and President in a highly trusted, high-impact role.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. This role is for someone who enjoys creating structure, driving follow-through, solving problems, and helping executive leadership operate at a high level.

You’ll serve as a key operational partner — helping leadership stay organized, aligned, and focused on the highest priorities as the company continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and prioritize executive calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, priorities, and follow-up actions
  • Help keep projects, initiatives, and communication moving forward
  • Support executive decision-making through organization and preparation
  • Create structure and improve operational efficiency where needed
  • Track action items and ensure accountability across teams
  • Assist in maintaining a professional, organized office environment
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate



What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years supporting senior leadership (CEO, President, Executive Team, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
  • Strong follow-through and sense of ownership
  • Ability to work independently without constant direction
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing business environment
