Account Resolution Specialist

Job Description

This is a high-volume, task-focused role where you’ll spend most of your day:

  • Working through accounts
  • Updating data
  • Following up to resolve missing information

What You’ll Do (Daily Reality)

  • Manage 75–150 accounts per day
  • Review, update, and verify account information
  • Follow up via phone, email, and online systems to obtain missing details
  • Resolve discrepancies and move accounts toward completion
  • Document all actions clearly and accurately
  • Work within structured workflows and meet daily productivity + accuracy targets
