What You'll Do
- Install plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Lead projects and coordinate field activities
- Mentor apprentices and help develop future tradespeople
- Troubleshoot installation challenges
- Ensure work meets quality and code requirements
- Maintain a safe and productive jobsite
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and customers
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of plumbing installation experience
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred
- Leadership or crew lead experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation practices
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
