The Associate will support a range of organizational needs, with an initial focus on the following:
Order-processing - accept customer orders; generate manufacturing and freight orders to match; track and confirm product delivery; create invoices.
Coordinate with Carriers/ Logistics brokers to secure freight quotes and arrange shipment of products from manufacturers / third party warehouses.
Accounts Payable - receive and enter bills upon checking for discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable - track customer invoices; follow up on overdue payments.
Essential skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Working knowledge and proficiency in using any ERP system such as Quick Books desktop or NetSuite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Essential mathematical skills at high school level
Customer-focused approach to answering questions and solving problems.
Strong computer with a willingness to learn new software....
