Duties This is an opportunity for individuals interested in a career in road safety and construction to be a participant in RCOC’s Development Program as an Engineering Inspector I. While in the program, participants will complete classroom and on the job training in preparation for the construction season. The Engineer Inspector I is assigned specific road construction projects in various departments throughout the construction season, where they will perform a broad range of road construction inspection activities to assure quality of work.
