Job Summary The Program Manager – MES will provide end‑to‑end leadership for planning, governance, and execution of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives at the Danvers manufacturing site. This role leads cross‑functional teams to deploy and sustain the standardized global MES template (Critical Manufacturing), including site‑specific localizations, while ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational readiness, and enterprise standards. The onsite engineer would be responsible for the engine calibration and making changes as needed while working with the teams to improve the drivability of the product as a complete system, including joining offsite test trips, working closely with the integration teams onsite, and working as an extension of those teams.
