Purpose/Description Under the direction of the Senior Licensed Professional Engineer, the   Engineer - Licensed Professional - Roads Maintenance  will assist in developing plans, reports, programs and systems that ensure compliance with MIOSHA, EPA, hazardous materials, emergency response standards and other regulatory agencies. The Engineer - Licensed Professional assists in the administration of contracts for the purchase of maintenance and snow and ice control, acts as project manager for snow and ice operations and communicates information to management and staff, supervisors, and employees.   Responsibilities Required Tasks Manage the winter maintenance program for snow and ice.
