Duties Performs a broad range of activities related to traffic engineering including conducting joint field layouts with signal contractors and utility companies for traffic signal and overhead sign installations. Inspects more difficult or extensive road and signal projects involving Federal Aid Funding, requiring accurate and detailed recordkeeping, subject to audit.
