Role Purpose: The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that Humanetics Safety Division manufactured and purchased components and parts meet all product quality requirements, defined from blueprints and customer quality requirements. Role Purpose: Responsible for the setup and running of CNC equipment including deburring of parts, and verification of blueprint dimensions. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:   Sets up and operate CNC metalworking machine tools such as lathe or milling machine to machine parts to specifications and verifies conformance of parts to specifications. Ability to edit programs, change offsets and reduce set up time. Read and interpret blueprints. Analyze written specifications, drawings, rough sketches, and verbal instructions to plan layout and determine sequence of operations. Set up and operate machines, including adjusting speeds and feeds, and the use of proper tooling and fixtures.
