Job Description General Description:  Persons in this position are responsible for assisting residential youth clients with daily living activities; disciplining, coaching, and counseling; transportation; engaging in recreational activities; and participating in the development and implementation of treatment plans. Educational and work experience requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. required. College courses or degree in social work, sociology, childcare, psychology, education, recreation or other related field preferred.
