The driver will ensure all products are delivered to our customers in a safe and timely manner. The driver will deliver products to our customers at street level; which includes breaking down pallets and moving product from the trailer to the store with a hand cart. Driver may also be responsible for transferring freight from one trailer to another at a depot location.
KEY RESPONSILITIES:
Transfers occur by parking the trailers back to back
Driver will also be responsible for verifying the returns and backhauls and may also be responsible for collecting payments from customers upon delivery
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Valid CDL A Required
Must have more than one year of driving experience and more than 50,000 miles in a tractor trailer
No DUI within the last 5 years
Must meet FMCSA requirements
Ability to push/ pull 50-100+ pounds consistently
Ability to operate a pallet jack
