Receive job order and identify location for material; job order, stock, sales order Discuss discrepancies in count with the Quality Control department to determine where the error occurred. Receive hardware from the Shipping and Receiving Clerk and discuss discrepancies with the Shipping and Receiving Clerk to determine where the error occurred. Pull required details for the work order. Wrap parts for protection during shipment. Pull parts and hardware for non-production purposes as needed. Keep records of inventory transactions and monitor inventory levels. Performing cycle counts. Review negative quantities in stock, research and fix. Examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. Follows standardized procedures to improve efficiency. Adjusts errors and complaints. Will be cross-trained in shipping and receiving to serve as a backup. Other duties as assigned.
