*This is a 6-month contract position paid through a third party company.* Duties Develop creative, proactive sourcing strategies utilizing advanced search methods, social media and professional networks. Identify and engage with top professionals who may not be actively looking for a job. Review potential leads and initiate phone calls to assess interest levels. Conduct phone screens to determine individual qualifications in relation with open positions. Work alongside talent acquisition specialist with panel interviews through the onboarding process. Must perform duties in a safe, professional, and courteous manner to promote a positive image of the road commission for Oakland County.
