REGISTERED NURSE
The Registered Nurse monitors clients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, and educates clients utilizing the nursing processes of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice as defined within the state Nurse Practice Act regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols, in addition to facility specific policies and procedures.
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of clients and their caregivers.
