Job Summary: - We are seeking a highly skilled and self‑driven Onsite NC Programming Lead to support end‑to‑end NC programming and machining prove‑out activities on the shop floor. This role requires deep hands‑on experience in 3‑axis to 5‑axis CNC machining, Edgecam programming, G-Code simulation verification with NC Simul, fixture validation, real‑time prove‑out, and FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) requirements. The ideal candidate should be confident in leading onsite activities, collaborating with customers, guiding offshore teams, and driving machining quality and productivity with minimal supervision. Experience and Qualification: - 6–10+ years of experience as a CNC/NC Programmer in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. Strong shop‑floor exposure with on machine prove-out exposure.
