The Behavior Technician (BT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clients with traumatic brain injuries who display behavioral, emotional, and cognitive needs. The BT assists with implementing behavior support plans, promoting healthy behavior practices, facilitating environmental enrichment, conducting healthy behavior observations, and performing scheduled skill acquisition sessions. This position plays a vital role in ensuring BCBA-developed clinical strategies are consistently followed.
