Compensation
Base + commission structure (floor or bps)
Unit bonus: 4 units > $1000, 6 units -> $1500 8 units -> $2000 10 units-> $3000
Additional lead sources available based on production
What You’ll Do
Originate and close mortgage loans
Guide clients from application to closing
Analyze credit and structure loan scenarios
Collaborate with processors
