Job Summary The Program Manager – MES will provide end‑to‑end leadership for planning, governance, and execution of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives at the Danvers manufacturing site. This role leads cross‑functional teams to deploy and sustain the standardized global MES template (Critical Manufacturing), including site‑specific localizations, while ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational readiness, and enterprise standards. This position is accountable for integrated program delivery across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, compliance, site readiness, training, change management, go‑live, and hypercare, with minimal disruption to production and a controlled transition to steady‑state operations. This programming process entails programming offline to a CAD model, debug on CMM, perform repeat study, perform independent validation and implement into shop. The ability to read complex drawings, interpret GD&T and build the program utilizing the CAD model is required. Some travel to NC and other sites for program implementation is required.
