Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician at the Somerset Collection, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing general maintenance tasks, including interior and exterior painting, light plumbing and electrical work, lighting and fixture repairs, and exterior grounds maintenance.
• Unique opportunity to work with high-end finishes including custom woodwork, stone, tile, and brick pavers.
• Work on state-of-the-art water fountains.
• Conducting routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
• Upholding safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for staff and visitors.
• Work with management team to assist with special event set up and take-down.
• Operating various vehicles, equipment, and lifts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field required.
• Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
