· Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently required to stand, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools; or controls; reach with hands and arms; ascend stairs; balance; stoop; kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The associate must occasionally lift and /or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
· Work Environment: While performing the duties of the job, the associate is exposed to an inspection lab atmosphere with some office exposure. The inspection lab is adjacent to a stamping shop, where the associate is exposed to potentially hazardous equipment and moderate to high noise levels, both requiring the use of protective equipment in order to ensure the safety of the associate.
