Program Manager Minimum qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical engineering or similar
- Proficiency in MS office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects
- Attention to detail
- Capacity to lead team-based projects
Program Manager Preferred qualifications
- Manufacturing experience related to sheet-metal stamping and welding
- Process-oriented background
- Familiarity with video-conferencing platforms
- 5 to 7 years of experience within automotive industry
Program Manager Role responsibilities
- Manage projects from time of job-award through AQP, Production, and Service phases
- Point of contact between customer engineering and Schaller team
- Support review of tool designs, manufacturing process design, and gage designs
- Support buy-off of tools and manufacturing processes
- Lead cross-departmental AQP meetings
- Develop project timelines and track progress against key milestones

- Wages commensurate with experience
- Base wage will be reviewed after 90 days of employment
