Robotic Welder Repair Technician

Immediate openings on all shifts.

 

Robotic Welder Repair Technician Job Description:

  • Trouble-shooting and repair of automated and robotic production welding and assembly machines.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
  • Maintain and modify weld schedules for both resistance spot welding and MIG welding.
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints, as well as wiring schematics.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.
  • Weld fixture gauging.
  • Building maintenance as required.
  • Machining, welding, and fabricate as required.

Robotic Welder Repair Technician Requirements:

  • Must have a thorough working knowledge of machine maintenance practices and techniques for a Robotic Welder Repair Technician.
  • Must be highly motivated and dependable
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively within all facets of the company.
  • Experience with Fanuc robots, Fanuc Servogun software, or Motoman robots a plus.

Robotic Welder Repair Technician Wages:

  • Wages commensurate with experience
  • Shift Premium for Afternoon and Midnight shifts
  • Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
  • Overtime may be required
