Overview: Bildon Parts & Service is seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment at customer sites. From fryers to freezers, you’ll handle emergency service calls and perform preventative maintenance with precision and professionalism.

Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment
Perform preventative maintenance inspections
Respond to emergency service calls
Communicate clearly with customers, dispatchers, and team members
Maintain service vehicle and manage parts inventory
Complete paperwork accurately and on time
Participate in on-call rotation
Attend training sessions and stay current with industry standards
Identify new business opportunities during service visits
Other duties as assigned
EPA- 2 or Universal
Prior experience servicing refrigeration equipment
Strong electrical, mechanical, and electronic troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must pass drug screening and background check
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be 18 years or older
