Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our team in Sterling Heights. The Die Setter will be responsible for setting up and adjusting dies in stamping presses to produce parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust dies in stamping presses
• Ensure that parts are produced according to specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with dies and presses
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Die Setter or similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
