Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sterling Heights. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings. This includes troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and buildings
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed
- Assist with building renovations and construction projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
