Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Agent

● Located in Southfield, MI – onsite Monday-Friday
● This is a 100% commissioned, 1099 role with unlimited earning potential
● A real estate license is required and can be completed while training on site

What You Will Do

• Execute daily outbound prospecting to identify new opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and investors
• Analyze commercial properties (evaluations, market comps)
• Develop and present investment strategies to clients
• Market exclusive listings and connect with qualified buyers
• Negotiate deals, contracts, and terms from start to finish
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities with strong organization and follow-through
• Participate in ongoing training, market research, and team development
