Maintenance (Groundskeeper) Assistant | $18–$22/hour | Seasonal, April–October
Support the grounds team with beach and waterfront upkeep, fire pits, outdoor furniture, basic lawn care, property cleanup, and general outdoor maintenance. Ideal for someone dependable who enjoys physical outdoor work and has some experience with basic landscaping tools. Valid driver’s license required; some weekend availability needed.

Groundskeeper | $22–$27/hour | Year-Round
Maintain beautiful vacation-rental properties through lawn care, landscaping, beach and outdoor-space upkeep, equipment maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and winter indoor projects. Candidates should have prior grounds or property-maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and experience using equipment such as mowers, blowers, chainsaws, and trailers. Some weekend coverage is required during the warm season.

Senior Groundskeeper | $27–$30/hour | Year-Round
A highly experienced, proactive grounds professional who can work independently and help maintain high standards across multiple properties. Responsibilities include landscaping, equipment maintenance, irrigation support, seasonal transitions, and winter repairs and improvement projects. Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable pickup truck, basic tools, strong equipment knowledge, and several years of relevant experience.

Head Groundskeeper | $30–$35/hour | Year-Round
Lead grounds and maintenance operations across Scott Lakes Property Company’s portfolio. This hands-on leadership role oversees the grounds team, coordinates seasonal workloads, maintains equipment, and manages outdoor projects, repairs, and winter interior improvements. Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable pickup truck, basic tools, strong leadership and maintenance experience, and advanced equipment knowledge; experience with heavier equipment is a major plus.
