Guest Communication & Marketing Coordinator

Scott Lakes Property Company Inc. is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Guest Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of vacation-rental properties. This remote position may be full-time or part-time and will play a key role in delivering a high-quality guest experience from initial inquiry through post-stay follow-up.

Responsibilities include managing guest communications before, during, and after each stay; assisting with listing updates across Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking channels; and supporting marketing initiatives, pricing and calendar coordination, promotional campaigns, and property-performance tracking. Because our busiest guest-communication days are typically Wednesday through Monday, regular availability during those days is important.

A strong background in short-term rentals is highly preferred, particularly hands-on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, listing optimization, property descriptions, channel management, guest messaging, pricing tools, and vacation-rental marketing. The ideal candidate will bring excellent written communication skills, strong organization and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to help ensure our listings remain accurate, competitive, and appealing to potential guests.
