Job Description
Coast 2 Coast Solutions Inc. | Nationwide travel | Full time | $150-$250 per day based on experience, earning potential up to $100K/year
We are looking for a lead installer to run crews on commercial kitchen installations and national rollout projects.
What you will do:
- Lead a crew of installers on site, assign work, and keep the team on schedule
- Read and interpret kitchen prints, equipment schedules, and installation instructions
- Set the standard for quality, safety, and site protection
- Coordinate with the project manager on daily progress, site conditions, and anything that will affect the schedule
- Train and mentor helpers and less experienced installers
What we look for:
- Proven commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment installation experience
- Experience leading or directing a crew
- Able to read plans and equipment schedules
- Willing to travel nationwide
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and problem solving on site
What we provide:
- $150-$250 per day based on experience
- Travel, lodging, and per diem covered on the road
- 3 weeks on the road, 1 week home. Holidays are home
- Insurance benefits included
