Scott Lakes Property Company Inc. is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Guest Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of vacation-rental properties. This remote position may be full-time or part-time and will play a key role in delivering a high-quality guest experience from initial inquiry through post-stay follow-up. Responsibilities include managing guest communications before, during, and after each stay; assisting with listing updates across Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking channels; and supporting marketing initiatives, pricing and calendar coordination, promotional campaigns, and property-performance tracking. Because our busiest guest-communication days are typically Wednesday through Monday , regular availability during those days is important.
