Our training program provides valuable, hands-on experience in business, operations management, supply chain, production management, and inventory/quality control. General Responsibilities Trainee answers to the Plant Manager on a daily basis and performs a wide variety of tasks that directly impact the productivity and efficiency of the day. In this position, you will learn the role of production workers, delivery drivers, and office staff.
