Operations Manager Trainee

Our training program provides valuable, hands-on experience in business, operations management, supply chain, production management, and inventory/quality control.

General Responsibilities

Trainee answers to the Plant Manager on a daily basis and performs a wide variety of tasks that directly impact the productivity and efficiency of the day. In this position, you will learn the role of production workers, delivery drivers, and office staff. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Entering inventory and parts inventory
• Delivery route reconciliation
• Customer order dispatching
• Production planning
• Interviewing and training new employees in production and delivery positions once the trainee themselves has enough experience
• We work for the customer – our relationships are everything and you will be entrusted to meet and exceed our customer service standards

All employees are required to work summer holidays (Memorial, Independance, and Labor Days) A typical schedule will require one weekend day, and flexibility on hours/days during the week.

Full-time employees are available to enroll in 401k after 1 year of employment in either January or July (those are the months we do enrollment) and are available for medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 working days.
