Purpose/Description Under the general direction of the Division Director of Roads, the  Engineer -Senior Licensed Professional  in the Structure Maintenance Section of Roads Maintenance Division is responsible for directing the engineering operations in the Structures and Building Maintenance Section. This position will ensure the safety and longevity of bridges, pump stations, culverts and other structures in the Wayne County Roads system. The Senior Licensed Professional Engineer will perform complex structures operation decisions including determining if existing and proposed structure maintenance and construction projects are in compliance with Federal and State rules and regulations.
