Qualifications:
This position requires a strong foundation in Project Management. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to be assertive when necessary but maintaining a strong customer focus at the same time. Candidate must have a process mindset, always striving to improve or create repeatable effective delivery processes.
Required Skills:
10 - 15 years of related experience in IT (Oracle ERP) industry.
Strong experience as an IT (Oracle ERP) Project Manager.
Strong experience in End-to-End Project Management & Client facing.
Strong experience in multiple PM methodologies including Agile & Waterfall. Waterfall experience is mandatory. Should have done Waterfall within the last 2 years for a relatively large project.
Handling multiple projects (end-to-end).
Should have managed a small number of projects concurrently.
