IT Technician
Onsite - no hybrid
The IT Technician is part of a team responsible for supporting approximately 600 plus Windows users, PC’s, and printers. The IT Technician is within the support organization, providing day-to-day user support, after hours on call rotations, computer hardware and software support, network support, etc.
Duties:
Serve as first contact for all end user hardware/software issues, etc.
Offering technical support on-site or via phone, remote assistance software or email.
Answer support requests through online help desk ticketing software.
Create and deploy PC images to support various computer hardware and departments.
Install new PCs and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot end user connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on end user computers.
Maintain software and hardware inventory lists.
