Full job description Description: About the Role Estimated first-year earnings range: $50,000 - $85,000 Uncapped commission and earnings. Training Pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks. This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
