ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research, Create, and Execute travel itineraries for our clients.
Review individual needs/wants to ensure you plan a trip designed specifically for our client.
Review budgets and plan client trips accordingly.
Book travel needs including airlines, hotels, tours, through communicating effectively with our overseas suppliers in the various countries.
Effectively communicate with clients pre and post travel to ensure client satisfaction.
Handle client issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
Can be excellent team player.
Remain current in regard to changes within the travel and tourism industry.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills.
Must be fluent in English and any additional languages are an asset.
Must have fluency in using computers (WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, etc).
Hospitality, Customer Service, or Sales background is a plus, but not a requirement.
