The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct, in-home patient care through the R.U.S.H. platform, delivering reliable, urgent, and supportive healthcare services to patients in their community. The RN promotes patient independence, comfort, and safety by offering high-quality skilled nursing interventions and accurate documentation. This position emphasizes autonomy , clinical excellence , and compliance with all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home setting, including:
Vital sign monitoring and assessments
Wound care and dressing changes
Post-operative recovery and discharge follow-up
Medication administration and education
Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, CHF)
IV therapy and injections as ordered
