POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the program's Director of Enrollment and Intake, the Outreach Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and management of activities and efforts related census growth and enrollment to the Outreach Liaison and Intake Coordinator team. Serves as a member of the management team.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Assists in the development of the strategic plan each year.
Monitors weekly activity reports. Coaches and provides direction as needed.
Assists and manages Outreach Liaisons with marketing strategies and monitors for accountability.
Provides daily oversight for calendar events, home visits, presentations, all outreach/enrollment efforts. Manages attendance at trade shows.
Provide back up to team as necessary.
Assists and works collaboratively with Public Affairs department as needed.
