Job Description General Description:  Persons in this position are responsible for assisting residential youth clients with daily living activities; disciplining, coaching, and counseling; transportation; engaging in recreational activities; and participating in the development and implementation of treatment plans. Educational and work experience requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. required. College courses or degree in social work, sociology, childcare, psychology, education, recreation or other related field preferred. Valid Michigan Driver's license required with no more than two moving violations in the past 5 years; no DUI; no operating without a license within the past 5 years.
