Job Description

The Opportunity:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will prospect and secure qualified new business appointments for your assigned Client Success Directors through prospecting, outreach, inbound traffic, and various other marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

  • Target, identify, and qualify new qualified prospects in assigned regions.   

  • Serve as the first point of contact, develop valuable relationships and engagement with target stakeholders.   

  • Work in conjunction with the Supervisor of Business Development to develop specific territories aligned with your assigned Client Success Directors.  

  • Support Client Success Directors on outbound strategies and lead generation efforts.   

  • Maintain a current awareness of industry news and specific regional market intelligence.   

  • Effectively overcome technical and business objections with prospects.  

  • Confirm scheduled appointments with future clients and re-schedule “no-show” client meetings.  

  • Perform other duties as assigned.   

Requirements

Must-have –

  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 

  • Comfortable engaging prospects over the phone (cold-calling)

  • Strong work ethic with eagerness to make this into your next career. 

  • ​​Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask. 

Nice-to-have

  • 1 year of inside sales experience preferred, but not required to apply

  • Experience in a business-to-business lead generation or sales environment preferred.
