Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has a proven track record of achieving goals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with local business owners, and driving revenue through TradeFirst.com’s barter network.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Prospecting: Identify and reach out to prospective businesses through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings to promote TradeFirst.com’s services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
- Consultative Selling: Understand each client’s unique needs and offer tailored solutions through TradeFirst.com’s platform to drive business growth.
- Account Management: Monitor member activity to ensure effective utilization of their barter accounts and resolve any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Networking: Represent TradeFirst.com at networking events, trade shows, and community activities to grow brand awareness and attract new members.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in barter, trade, or service industries is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients and close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
