Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a confident and motivated Account Executive with strong cold-calling and in-person business development experience. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at face-to-face engagement, builds genuine client relationships, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

As an Account Executive, you will connect with small business owners across Metro Detroit, presenting strategic business solutions designed to elevate their visibility and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily in-person cold calls to small businesses throughout Metro Detroit.
Prospect new leads through door-to-door outreach, community networking, and referrals.
Present and sell custom business solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients to promote renewals and referrals.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign fulfillment, and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using a CRM system.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on cold-calling and outside sales.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills with a focus on relationship selling.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with excellent time management.
Background in advertising, marketing, or media sales is a plus, but not required.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
