The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing clinical leadership, assessment, treatment planning, and oversight of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. This position ensures that clinical services are evidence-based, medically necessary, ethically delivered, and compliant with applicable federal and Michigan Medicaid regulations, payer contracts, and organizational policies. The BCBA develops and monitors individualized treatment plans, supervises Behavior Technicians, evaluates treatment effectiveness, and supports family engagement and caregiver training.
