As an incoming Preventative Maintenance Service Technician , you will learn our products, services and what makes our customer service #1. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and support, as well as classroom training at the FANUC Academy. In this role, depending on your location you may be requested to work remote or report to one of our service centers across the US. You will travel within a region to our customer sites to perform on-site maintenance services, repair, troubleshooting, and programming for our robots and related systems on a scheduled, unscheduled, or on an emergency basis.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Perform preventive maintenance services.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair robot operation systems and analyze problems.
Document robot performance and failure modes.
Coordinate activities pertaining to repairs to ensure customer expectations are being met.
