Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
Contact borrowers to assess financial goals and present loan options
Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to close
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
Work closely with internal processors and team leaders to ensure smooth closings
For unlicensed candidates: complete SAFE MLO exam prep and achieve licensing (training provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to work full-time, on-site in Troy, MI
Licensed Loan Officers must hold active NMLS credentials
Unlicensed applicants must be willing to complete training and pass the SAFE MLO exam
