Office Administrative (Client Services/Marketing Coordinator)

Onsite Position: Full-time (No Work From Home)

Hours: Daytime 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Location: Oak Park, Michigan

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, delivering exceptional client support.

  • Use AI technology to identify client needs, recommend solutions, and improve service delivery.

  • Handle incoming customer requests and resolve issues with creativity and speed.

  • Make proactive outreach (non-cold calls) to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

  • Assist with promoting and marketing member businesses through AI-enhanced strategies.

  • Act as a purchasing agent, helping members buy and sell on trade.

  • Maintain accurate client records and manage multiple priorities effectively.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in corporate customer service, account management, or B2B support

  • Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfort with Microsoft Office; interest in learning AI customer service tools

  • 2+ years of college preferred

  • Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
